Terms of Service
Effective date: November 1, 2026
These Terms cover the SewerLineRepairNampa.com website and its referral line. Any sewer or plumbing work is a matter between you and the independent plumber you hire, and that plumber's own estimate, work order, or contract governs it.
1. Acceptance and Scope
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between you and SewerLineRepairNampa.com ("this site," "we," "us," or "our"). They cover sewerlinerepairnampa.com, the phone line it lists for sewer line repair in Nampa, Idaho, and related messages (together, the "Services").
By using the Website or calling the line, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Services. You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding agreement. If you call on behalf of a landlord, property manager, business, homeowners association, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to act for it.
2. Sewer Information and the Referral Line
The Website offers general information about sewer lines and a phone number that connects callers with Nampa addresses to an independent local plumber. This site is a referral service and does no plumbing or sewer work. Calling the number or speaking with a plumber does not form a service contract, assure availability, book an appointment, fix a price, or promise that a problem can be found or repaired.
Plumbers reached through the line run independent businesses and are not employees or agents of this site. The plumber you choose sets availability, timing, scope, property access, pricing, warranties, permits, and payment terms in that plumber's own estimate, work order, or contract. This site cannot say when a plumber will be free, how soon one will arrive, or what the work will cost.
You agree to give the plumber accurate details about yourself, the property, access, and the problem. It is up to you to check the plumber's Idaho license and insurance and get permission from an owner, tenant, manager, or occupant where it is needed to arrange work or share their details.
3. Safety and Emergency Limitations
Neither the Website nor the referral line is an emergency dispatch service. If there is fire, a gas smell, electrical danger, structural danger, sewage exposure, flooding that endangers people, or another immediate hazard, leave the area when appropriate and call 911, the fire department, or the utility. For a sewer backup, call +1 208-928-9518 to reach an independent local plumber serving Nampa.
General information on the Website does not replace an on-site inspection by a qualified plumber. Do not remove a cleanout cap during a backup, step into an open trench, handle electrical equipment near standing water, enter unsafe spaces, or try anything beyond your training based only on Website content.
4. Privacy, Call Tracking, and Recording
Our Privacy Policy explains what information is collected and how it is used, shared, kept, and protected. Calls to the referral line go through a call-tracking service and may be recorded. By calling, you agree that your phone number and ZIP area may be passed to the independent plumber who answers. It is not consent to marketing.
Carrier, internet, and device charges are your responsibility. Calls and electronic messages can be dropped, delayed, intercepted, or misrouted, so keep highly sensitive information off the phone.
5. Acceptable Use
Use the Services only for lawful purposes. In particular, do not:
- Place false, fraudulent, harassing, or unlawful calls, or pose as another person.
- Use robocalls, spam, malicious code, or an unreasonable volume of traffic or calls.
- Test, scan, defeat, disable, or get around security, access controls, or rate limits.
- Reach data or systems without permission, or disrupt the Services, phone lines, networks, other users, or third parties.
- Scrape, copy, frame, republish, or make commercial use of the Services unless the law or written permission allows it.
- Use the Services to create safety hazards, infringe privacy or intellectual-property rights, or help with illegal conduct.
6. Website Content, Intellectual Property, and Information You Provide
The Services and their branding, design, text, graphics, photos, code, and other material belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. You may view and use Website content for your own home, rental, or business needs when learning about or arranging sewer line repair. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Information you share on a call remains yours. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide license, without royalties, to host, copy, transmit, and use it, including any call recording, only as reasonably needed to run the Services, connect the call, keep records, protect the Services, and obey the law. You confirm that you have the right and authority to share it.
If you email us suggestions or feedback at [email protected], we may use them freely and without payment, but any personal information in them is handled under the Privacy Policy.
7. Third-Party Services and Links
The Services use a web host, a call-tracking service, and phone carriers, and they connect you with independent plumbers. We do not control their availability, security, terms, privacy practices, prices, or decisions, and a connection is not an endorsement.
Anything you arrange with a plumber or third party is governed by your agreement with that party. To the fullest extent the law permits, we are not responsible for a third party's acts, omissions, estimates, workmanship, products, statements, or data practices.
8. Disclaimers
This site is a free service to assist homeowners in connecting with local service contractors. All contractors are independent and this site does not warrant or guarantee any work performed. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to verify that the hired contractor furnishes the necessary license and insurance required for the work being performed. All persons depicted in a photo or video are actors or models and not contractors listed on this site.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a purpose, or accuracy. Sewer conditions differ by property; nothing here is a diagnosis.
Some states do not allow certain warranty exclusions. Where that is the case, these exclusions apply only as far as the law allows.
9. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
To the fullest extent the law permits, SewerLineRepairNampa.com and its owners, affiliates, personnel, licensors, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, lost profits or data, business interruption, property damage, or personal injury arising from or connected with use of the Website or referral line, the work, delays, prices, or conduct of any plumber, a third-party technical service, or unauthorized access, even if told such harm was possible.
To the fullest extent the law permits, our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Website or referral line is limited to the amount, if any, you paid us to use them. This limit does not affect liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the protected parties harmless against third-party claims and reasonable costs that result from your unlawful use, your breach of these Terms, your infringement of someone else's rights, or your sharing of information without the needed authority. This does not apply where a claim results from our own unlawful conduct.
10. Suspension, Termination, and Discontinuation
We may suspend or end access to the Services, including blocking calls from a number, when reasonably needed to address violations, security risks, legal requirements, abuse, or operational problems. You may stop using the Services at any time. Terms that by their nature should outlast termination, such as ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, and dispute terms, remain in effect.
We may change or discontinue all or part of the Website or the referral line.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where federal law or mandatory consumer protection law applies. Before bringing a claim, you agree to contact us first and try in good faith to settle the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
Unless the law requires otherwise, any claim relating to these Terms or the Services must be brought in the state or federal courts with jurisdiction over Canyon County, Idaho, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction there. Nothing in these Terms stops either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief or using an eligible small claims process.
12. General Terms
Changes
These Terms take effect November 1, 2026. We may revise them; a revision takes effect when posted unless it names a later date. Continued use afterward means you accept it.
Severability and waiver
If any provision cannot be enforced, it will be changed only as much as needed, and the rest of these Terms stays in force. Not enforcing a provision does not waive it.
Assignment and entire agreement
You may not transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer them as part of a reorganization, financing, merger, sale, or transfer of the Services. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement about the Website, but they do not replace any contract between you and a plumber you hire.
Interpretation
Headings are only for convenience. "Including" means "including without limitation." Electronic acceptance and records carry the same weight as paper ones to the extent the law permits.
